Payment

All new patients are requested to provide debit or credit card details when booking their first appointment. These details will not be utilised until after the first appointment. Alternatively, you are requested to pay by cash or cheque 24 hours before the date of your appointment, failing which the appointment may be cancelled. Regrettably, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at £10.00. Non - attendance without notification will be charged at the full rate.

FREE INITIAL APPOINTMENTS

Free initial appointments lasting 15 minutes are available. This is an opportunity for the client to meet Rosina and address any concerns they may have. No therapy will take place at this session. You are under no obligation to undertake therapy following this meeting.

CONSULTATIONS

All consultations take place in quiet, private offices on the first floor of the pharmacy.  Confidentiality is assured by both Rosina and any pharmacy staff who may deal with your queries. 

Rosina is a qualified and experienced Counsellor, who uses hypnotherapy in conjunction with counselling and as a form of therapy on its own. Your individual needs will be discussed and a programme of therapy will be devised to suit your particular circumstances. Rosina works in accordance with the Ethical Framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Rosina extends to all clients a warm, sensitive and professional service.
